Skilled Nursing

Patient nursing services are rendered by registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses who specialize in areas ranging from wound care, diabetic management, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and care of the frail and elderly.

 

Additional patient needs are provided by certified nurse aides, medical social workers, provider partners supplying durable medical equipment, private duty nursing, and personal caregivers.

Diabetic Management

Nursing visits are provided up to 4 times per day for insulin dependent diabetics

 

• Insulin injections

Affiliated Services

All referrals are received by a registered nurse case manager who supervises all clinical teams for assigned patients and communicates with the teams, patient, patient's family, and attending physician.

• Home oxygen therapy
• CPAPs, BiPAPs

• Home medical equipment (i.e. beds)
• Ambulation aides (walkers, crutches)
